AI Chatbot Development for Customer Service

A useful chatbot is not one that chats about anything — it is one that understands your products and policies, and knows when to call a human.

Introductory program

Free security audit

One full engagement at no fee, delivered to the same standard and depth as a paid one. In return we ask for one thing: recognition — permission to reference this engagement in the cyberagent.id portfolio. You may remain anonymous.

What teams usually want

What we build

Knowledge

Product catalogues, SOPs, return policies and past tickets become a citable source of answers.

Conversation

Flows for common questions, complaint handling, light identity checks and escalation.

Integration

WhatsApp Business, website widget, Instagram or voice — whichever channel your customers use.

Measurement

Conversations reviewed periodically: which questions failed, and how to fix them.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a chatbot that handles everything alone. A good design moves routine questions to the system and hands sensitive cases to your team with the context already collected.

Frequently asked questions

How long does development take?

Usually two to six weeks: one to two weeks for knowledge and flows, one to two for channel integration, the rest testing with your team.

Can the answers be wrong?

They can, which is why every system we build has a boundary: when an answer is not supported by a source document, it escalates to a human instead of guessing.

Is customer data safe?

Conversations and customer data are never used to train third-party models, and the system can run on your own infrastructure if that is a requirement.

Can it be security tested?

Yes. We test whether the chatbot can be pushed outside its instructions, leak internal data, or reach data it should not — part of our AI system audit.
